HR is failing is two fold, HR is hands down the most sexist and discriminatory profession in the workplace these are the same people who lecture others on the importance of diversity except when it applies to HR then it’s wait hold on their sec we meant it good for you, us not so much. HR won’t even interview qualified male applicants because of the discriminatory mindset of the profession.

HR is also failing because 90% of those in HR have no education or experience in the field prior to entering it. Employees see that that lack of knowledge and they won’t return to HR when they have a bad experience. HR won’t change though HR is too entrenched in their poor culture. Business itself will have to force HR change.

HR’s failing is because of HR themselves, you can’t be hypocrites and expect other business segments and employees to take you seriously.
