Love this take on survey completion rates! I’ve noticed that even when we do hit high response rates without “forcing” it, we often overlook the quality of the data we’re getting.

In my experience, I’ve found more value in supplementing survey data with direct, informal feedback sessions or focus groups. When employees talk face-to-face, they often share more nuanced insights than they do in survey comments. So maybe it’s less about hitting a response target and more about creating different avenues for authentic feedback
