When employees talk face-to-face, they often share more nuanced insights than they do in survey comments. So maybe it’s less about hitting a response target and more about creating different avenues for authentic feedback
I believe in using multiple approaches quantitative and qualitative data because human experiences are extremely complex. Response rate is not something we should be aiming for but to learn about what is happening within our organisations in whatever way it takes.
