HR was enablers of this and oftentimes cheerleaders of this and I'm glad you referenced that HR help build that circus. It's going to be very hard to change that because it's become so ingrained in younger people.
Great article! Couldn’t agree more. I disagree with many of Trump’s policies and methods but I do think his rejection of this nonsense has been an important step forward. Now that HR is no longer a hostage to invalidated nonsense, maybe they could actually do something useful for a change!
